no. It is profitable. That means as long as it is running, they will be gaining back against that 7-8billion they lost. If they had to throw more money in without gaining more than they throw in back, then it is not profitable.

The xbox 360 is profitable. They'd be stupid to get rid of the gaming division. The phone and music parts of the division are the things hurting it the most.
If they quit now that's pretty much them saying they never want the money off the initial investment back.

In CoD you spawn with your weapon, so it doesn't make as big a difference.
I do think the spawning works a lot worse in reach than in 3. I find myself spawning on grenades or in the middle of fights a lot.

They can also gamertag and credit card ban you and then the only way you get unbanned is if you get a new gamertag or get someone at M$ to unban you.
